Project Overview
This warehouse needed a truck court removed and replaced. There was some sidewalk and a ramp that also needed replaced. After the concrete areas cured we came back and made the asphalt repairs and permaflex paved. Permaflex is a larger aggregate rock and bonding agents that sitdown in the cracks so that they don’t reflect on the new asphalt surface you lay on top of the permaflex. Makes it last much longer than just putting asphalt on top of a cracked surface. Then we striped and installed new wheelstops to keep vehicles from driving into the fence.
