Project Overview

We worked with the general contractor to install from subgrade new concrete curb and gutter including an usual 16” high area to reinforce along with wheelstops to keep vehicles from running through a fence and over a cliff. We did new sidewalks, handicap ramps with handrails and a dumpster pad. We installed a trench drain at the maintenance garage. We installed rock and binder. A year later we came back and repaired any damaged binder from construction vehicles and topped the parking lot out with asphalt.
